Prepare the Package
Place the unused pillows in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are securely sealed for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
